Two Rooms: Oxygen, Champagne, Water, Martini & Wine

Two Rooms was a celebration of the finest that a bar in the modern world has to offer. Two Rooms was set in a plush yet informal ambience with a personal style of service. From champagnes, wines, bottled mineral water as well as Martinis, Two Rooms had an extensive selection of drinks and beverages to cater to the most discerning taste. Two Rooms also prided itself as the first oxygen bar in Singapore that offers our patrons a truly novel experience with our dose of pure oxygen served flavoured via nose cannulas. Two Rooms was a bar that literally involved your senses.

 

Two Rooms was the epitome of what a modern bar can offer: Premium selections of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, intimate seating booths, champagne wells, personal and efficient style of service and great music played at conversational level. A drinker’s bar, Two Rooms, was the place to go before going to a club, a theatre performance, in between club hopping or simply a chill out box. Also available at Two Rooms were our in-house selection of games such as backgammon, chess and balut sets, a de-luxe pool table and other amusements for your pleasure.

 

Music
The music at Two Rooms aimed to bring you on a laid back journey to cleanse your stressed out souls. Music that’s psychedelic, exhilarating, intense, soulful, blissful and beautiful yet not overtly indulgent. Music that immediately puts you into “chill-out” mode: Jazz-Funk, Deep House, Chilled Breaks, Trip Hop, Brasil, Nu Groove as well as Classic Grooves.
 

Oxygen
Two Rooms prided itself as the first oxygen bar in Singapore with a total of 4 oxygen stations placed at the main bar. Oxygen is a life-sustaining element but something we might have been deprived of due to city living. At Two Rooms, the oxygen bar was part of our offering of the best things in life; oxygen that’s flavoured, non-medical grade and the purest form available for your inhaling pleasure.

 

Here’s how it worked: Air is filtered from the air to remove trace elements and then channeled to the 4 oxygen stations. The filtering process ensures that pure oxygen is then served via nose cannulas from the 4 oxygen stations. For an added sensory pleasure, the oxygen is served flavoured. The flavours are changed on a weekly basis. The oxygen shots were priced at S$11 and S$14 for a “10 minute quickie” and “15 minute shots” respectively. The nose cannulas were priced at S$3 each.

 

Champagnes
At Two Rooms, we prided ourselves on our extensive selections of champagnes. Champagnes by the bottles at Two Rooms ranged from premium brands like Pommery to Tattinger. The price ranged from S$100 to S$490. Champagnes by the glass range from Charles Heidsieck to Moet & Chandon. The prices ranged from S$18 to S$28. Our champagne cocktails included house specialties like RUB, Strawberry and Mango Champagnes. Champagne cocktails were all priced at S$16

Water
We offered a variety of bottled mineral waters (flavoured if you like) such as; Apollinaris, Perrier, Caledonian Clear, Panna Acqua, Sanpellegrino, Evian and Ferrarelle. They ranged between S$8 to S$14.

 

Martinis & Cocktails
A variety of standard Martinis as well as cocktails were served at Two Rooms. The Inniskillin Icewine Martini came highly recommended. Prices for Martinis ranged from S$15 to S$24. Two Rooms recommended cocktails include Rising Sun, Granny Smith and Black Cosmo. They ranged from S$12 to S$17.

 

We also offered Martinis and cocktails with a twist - Herbal Martinis and cocktails, each specially designed to give your internal systems a boost. The price range for Two Rooms’ Herbal Martinis and cocktails ranged between S$9 to S$11 and S$10 to S$11 respectively.
