SIX’s serves contemporary Japanese cuisine, specializing in fish - freshly air-frieghted to Singapore and prepared in such a way as to enhance the quality and natural taste of seafood.
SIX uses only the freshest, premium ingredients available. The items here are prepared by experienced chefs specialized in the unique style of sashimi preparation and is headed by Chef Jeffrey Choo (former Executive Chef at Shima Restaurant, Goodwood Park Hotel and also former Chef in Inagiku).
For those on the go, the Chef’s set lunch selections come highly recommended. Every set lunch is served with a salad, soup and rice. Six is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, from 8am to 9pm. During lunch, we also serve complimentary Green tea with every meal ordered.
