Chinablack's Waterfall
WATERFALL - speciality of chinablack
Ingredients
15 ml Kahlua
1/2 oz Galliano
1/2 oz Brandy
1 oz Sambuca
Glassware
1 Cocktail glass
1 Brandy sniffer glass
3 Rock glasses
1 Ice tong
Method
Layer the first 3 Liqueurs in a cocktail glass. Pour sambuca into the sniffer glass. Place ice tong on the cocktail glass rim with 3 rock glasses in an alternate manner. Ignite the Sambuca and pour from the top of the rock glass as the guest drinks from the cocktail glass.
